So many wonderful things to say about this creative little wrap!

First I made the tofu scramble and added in organic black beans and about 2 tablespoons of Kelly’s Roasted Garlic Parm seasoning. A thoughtful friend introduced me to this crazy little condiment that has so many uses! Made from cashews, nutritional yeast and garlic – that’s it, packed full of flavor and super clean! Next, I warmed up a Siete Cashew wrap for about 10 seconds and cut a slit, 1/2 down the middle. Place the scramble in the top left corner, avocado in the top right quadrant and sprouts and tomato in the bottom right. Next you pull the empty bottom left corner over top the scramble, fold that corner now over the right top corner and then fold that down over the sprouts – this creates this easy to handle folded wrap!
