Veggie Tartine

This is not your traditional tartine, I’ve packed it with nutrition to get my day started!

Use whatever bread you like, my favorite is Ezekiel. Next top with avocado (lots of fiber), cucumber slices (potassium and vitamin C), alfalfa sprouts (more vitamin C and vitamin K) and radish, a good source of vitamins C, folate and riboflavin (vitamin B2)!

So quick and simple to make – and light – it won’t bog you down for your morning work out!
