
Spinach, onion and beet “pizza” hit the spot tonight!
I used almond wraps as the crust. I layered one wrap, a handful of Daiya mozzarella cheese and then another wrap. Organic tomato sauce, spinach, grated beets and red onion. Top with a sprinkle of GoVeggie Parmesan “cheese.”

Bake this for about 10 minutes and then serve with a garden salad. Perfecto!
