Low carb veggie stir fry

Just a little veggie “stir fry” but in algae oil – so it’s good for your heart – and just a quick minute on the heat so you don’t cook out all the vitamins and minerals! Add a dash of salt, pepper and garlic paste. Garnish with lime and culantro (yes Culantro, there is a difference!) and some raw sunflower seeds for extra crunch. This is a really clean dish to set my strides right to eat clean for the week ahead!
