Breakfast spinach wraps

I’m shocked at how huge these spinach leaves are! Love those rasta farmers!! I buy local as much as I can – the flavor is unbelievably different!

So these are the perfect vessel for a wrap. Picking my veggies carefully I added smashed avocado, cucumber, I used chopped broccoli crowns in lieu of sprouts because I don’t have any, and then the special touch, left over shishito peppers!

Then for a little kick, I topped it all with sriracha salt.

Place all this on the leaf and roll! I later learned that it works better if you place the ingredients toward the smaller end of the spinach leaf, FYI!
