
This eggplant jam pizza is so good it almost feels unhealthy!
First the crust, seriously the best alternative pizza crust I’ve ever had. 100% plant based, great flavor and texture. Second, these vegan cheeses, my gosh! They melt even better then the real thing and taste great! And saving the best for last – Eggplant Jam – a recipe from Chef Cynthia Louise (https://youtu.be/FOOAP_1RK4w).

First put a layer of the #chao slices on the Wrawp Pizza Crust, then add a nice few heaping spoons of the eggplant jam, then top with the Daiya mozzarella. There isn’t any garlic in the eggplant jam so I sprinkled some on top for some extra “pizza” flavoring.

Seriously, so good. And simple. And clean.
