Breakfast that nourishes your soul

Just eat what you like for breakfast!! Sometimes I struggle trying to figure out what to eat for breakfast, it has to be “breakfast food”, doesn’t it? Tofu, toast, fruit…. Sometimes, I’m just in the mood for my vegetables, and sometimes doing what you’re in the mood to do is the best thing for your soul by helping you remain “content”. And, perfect timing, because I’m low on a lot of things so I can clean out the drawer and go grocery shopping knowing I’m replenishing my veggie stock from a clean slate today!

Now, of course you can see this meal isn’t packed with protein – I’ll make up for that with my mid morning snack of seed crackers and cashew nut spread, and for lunch I’m aiming for a big nutritious salad from my fav restaurant! Always planning ahead to make sure I can stay satisfied!!
