
Don’t know how I come up with this stuff!!!
I was craving BBQ tonight and some carbs. So – why not blend up organic baked beans (and low sugar) and onion and use this as a “pizza” sauce on my 100% plant based crust? Packed..packed..packed with veggies on top – green and red pepper, purple onion, green onion, garbanzo beans, broccoli and topped with Brussel sprout leaves and some weird bitter lettuce I bought the other day – sorry the name escapes me!! And of course – Almond cheese.

And the best part – I was able to make this hubby approved simply by adding shrimp and sriracha and removing the garbanzo beans and lettuce!
