Black bean & almond cheese pizza

I prepared some black beans yesterday with no plans what to do with them. Came across this TVP today and thought I would give it a try. Textured vegetable protein is basically dried soy. It comes in flakes and you can add to anything to give it a meaty texture. I threw some into a pot of black beans I reheated, along with sautéed carrots and onion with some fresh garlic. I made some mini pizzas by using the bean combo on top cashew flour wraps. I used almond cheese and finished it off with tomato slices. This dish is very filling and not something I’d eat everyday – but clean and yummy!!!
