That’s a (cashew) wrap! 


Eating clean means eliminating a lot of the things that make a meal feel complete, so when I found these cashew flour wraps I was so excited! And they are actually quite good! 

For this breakfast burrito all I did was sauté some tofu, adding a teaspoon of Tamari, turmeric and a dash of herbed salt. Toward the end I threw in some Daiya mozzarella cheese. Prepare the burrito with sprouts and some salsa. 

I can’t wait for my next trip to the store – they also make cassava flower wraps!
