Lotsa clean Pasta! 

This cold raw pasta marinara tastes so much like the “real” thing – but it is super nutritious and very easy to make. 

Just chop 1/2 red and green peppers, 4 scallions, 5 sun dried tomatoes, 8 grape tomatoes and throw them into the food processor (I use a Ninja). Add 1.5 tablespoons of agave & olive oil, and juice of 1/2 lime. Toss in 10 soaked cashews, a dash of salt and pepper and other spices if you’d like. Quickly blend and set aside (even in the fridge if you’d like). Spirilize a zucchini and sprinkle with salt (to soften it up) and a dash of lime. Place the zoodles on a pretty plate and top with the sauce and a few slices fresh mushrooms. I added a dash of red pepper.  This couldn’t be any healthier and because it’s packed with nutrients giving your body what it needs – it’s very filling!
