Raw the way!!!!


I’m trying to go totally raw these past few days….why not?  That means – all plant based, no cooking required. Found this version of Pad Thai on FMTV, chef Cynthia is amazing and fun to watch! Her recipie turned out great! First thing I learned about eating raw – cashew nuts, after soaked in water for several hours – make a great creamy base for just about ANY sauce.  This recipe was so simple!  Basically thin slice of all our favorite crispy veggies & add some sprouts. The dressing was fantastic – consisting of homemade almond butter, cashew nuts, a little ginger, seasame oil, amino acids, maple syrup and cayenne spice. The best part of this – no cooking required! Give it a try – super simple and packed full of flavors!!
