Bananas, or any creamy fruit base, for example mango or figs, works for this recipie. Just use frozen chunks of the fruit and coconut, almond or any other alternative to dairy milk you enjoy – and blend! Experiment and add in other clean favorites like organic cocoa and/or raw almond butter. Try topping with some raisins or sunflower seeds! You can even throw in some protein powder after a workout for an extra healthy boost!
